In order to optimize the usage of one of the most expensive and critical inputs in the process, RT Tools USA has developed a rubber base that reduces the consumption of this material up to 66%.

Since more than 90% of the packages are straight, with welds under 12mm, we have created an exclusive tool that works with a 30mm wide seal bar, instead of the conventional 60mm or 90mm.
